Terms and conditions

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on pawkin.shop with Max Dietrich, Pawkin.shop, Setzgasse 12, 63897 Miltenberg, Germany (VAT ID DE325098281, email support@pawkin.shop). We sell to consumers.

2. Our products, preview and AI

We make personalised pet and people portraits and products with them. You upload a photo and choose style, format, size and options. Your portrait is created with the help of AI tools and checked by a person before printing. Before you pay you see a preview; it shows the artwork, while the printed colours can differ slightly because of material and screen. Names and texts are printed exactly as you enter them, so please check the spelling.

3. Your photos and rights

You confirm that you own the photos you upload or have the permission to use them, and that they do not infringe the rights of others and contain nothing unlawful. We use your photos and portrait only to fulfil your order and to provide support; we do not use your portrait in advertising without your explicit consent. We may refuse an order with unlawful content and will refund you in that case.

4. Contract

The products in the shop are not a binding offer. By clicking the button that completes your purchase you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We store the order data; you can find these terms on this page at any time.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout. Payment is made at the time of ordering with the methods offered at checkout (for example card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and not fixed dates. Details on cost and time are on that page.

7. Withdrawal

For personalised goods there is no right of withdrawal; for the digital file and gift cards special rules apply. Please read our information on the right of withdrawal.

8. Defects and our guarantee

The statutory warranty rights apply. In addition we reprint or refund damaged, defective items or items that do not match the preview within 30 days of delivery (see returns page). This does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and where we gave a guarantee. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

10. Applicable law and disputes

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final provisions

If a provision is invalid, the others remain valid.
