Shipping & Returns

Shipping. Every order is made to order and printed in the EU. Delivery takes about 1–2 weeks. Free shipping on orders over €69, otherwise €4.99. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Preview. You see your portrait before you buy, so you can choose the style and check the result first.

Returns & guarantee. If your print arrives damaged or doesn’t match the preview you approved, we reprint or refund it. Because each portrait is personalised and made to order, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
