Our guarantee
Our guarantee
You see your portrait before you buy, so there are no surprises. If your print arrives damaged or doesn't match the preview you approved, we reprint or refund it — 100%. Because each portrait is personalised and made to order, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB), but our guarantee always has you covered.
Which photo works best?
Which photo works best?
Any clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible. The higher the resolution, the sharper the result. Don't worry about the background — we handle that.
The high-resolution digital file of your pet's custom portrait — yours to print, frame, share or set as a very good wallpaper. Delivered by email after your approval.
How it works: add it next to your portrait (you see the free preview before you buy); after your order we email the high-resolution file of the artwork you approved.
