Our guarantee

You see your portrait before you buy, so there are no surprises. If your print arrives damaged or doesn't match the preview you approved, we reprint or refund it — 100%. Because each portrait is personalised and made to order, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB), but our guarantee always has you covered.

Which photo works best?

Any clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible. The higher the resolution, the sharper the result. Don't worry about the background — we handle that.

Carry them everywhere — an all-over-print tote with your pet's portrait, roomy enough for groceries and dramatic enough for compliments.

How it works: create your portrait on any portrait page (free preview before you buy), then add this item from the “Add it to more” row in your cart — we print it with the same artwork. Free reprint or refund if it arrives damaged or doesn’t match your preview.
