Right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for personalised goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are made according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (Section 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code). This applies to all portraits and products with your portrait or name (posters, canvases, framed posters, blankets, phone cases, mugs, tote bags, tumblers).

Digital file. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content that is not on a physical medium when we have started delivery after your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so (Section 356 (5) German Civil Code). You give this consent and acknowledgement by ticking the box for the digital file in your order.

Instructions on withdrawal (gift cards)

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Max Dietrich, Pawkin.shop, Setzgasse 12, 63897 Miltenberg, Germany; email support@pawkin.shop; phone +49 151 67532879) by a clear statement (e.g. an email or letter) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your notice before the period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used. This is only possible while the gift card has not been redeemed.
