Shipping

Every item is made to order and printed in the European Union by our production partner (Printful; for some orders an alternative EU print partner).

Where we deliver: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Other countries are not available yet.

Delivery time: usually about 1–2 weeks after your order. Production takes about 2–5 working days, plus transport. These are estimates, not fixed dates; peak seasons such as Christmas can take longer, so please order early. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Cost: €4.99 standard shipping within the EU; free shipping for orders of €69 or more. All prices include VAT. No customs duties apply within the EU.

Digital file and gift card: delivered by email, no shipping cost.

Delivery problems: if your parcel is damaged, lost or does not arrive, write to support@pawkin.shop with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we will reprint, resend or refund.
