Right of withdrawal, returns and problems

Personalised products have no right of withdrawal. Every portrait, canvas, framed poster, blanket, phone case, mug, tote bag and tumbler is made individually from the photo and options you choose (Section 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code, Art. 16 (c) Directive 2011/83/EU). For this reason you cannot withdraw from the contract once you have ordered them. You always see your portrait as a preview before you pay.

Digital file. If you order the high-resolution digital file, we deliver it by email right after production. By ticking the box for the digital file you agree that we start delivery immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as delivery has started (Section 356 (5) German Civil Code).

Gift cards. A gift card is a voucher. If you buy one as a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days as long as it has not been redeemed. Write to support@pawkin.shop. The full information and a model withdrawal form are on our page Right of withdrawal.

Damaged, defective or not as shown

Your statutory warranty rights (two years) always remain unaffected. In addition, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the preview you saw, write to support@pawkin.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it free of charge or refund you; a return of the item is not required. If it was lost in transit we resend it.

Changed your mind?

Because every item is made for you, we cannot take back personalised items you simply no longer want. Before printing starts, write to us as quickly as possible; if production has not begun we will try to cancel.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of our approval.
